UNBIASED:
We report to our client the documented unbiased results from on-site physical investigations, infrared camera imaging, moisture meter readings, air/wall cavity/surface mold sampling of building materials. A local state licensed laboratory is utilized for analysis of air/bulk/contact sampling. While we develop remediation protocols/plans, we do not engage in remediation - state mandated. We perform unbiased residential and commercial moisture and mold assessments and are State authorized to issue Texas Department of Insurance "Mold Certificates". We assess moisture and mold concerns in apartments, rental property, offices, homes, condos, etc. We perform unbiased mold services for homeowners, insurance companies, builders, tenants, landlords, real estate buyers and sellers - factual moisture and mold information you can rely on. Our reports go only to our client - we are not required to report anything to any state entity or group. Our lab analysis is typically verbally received from the lab the next work day.
